OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH AURACLES BEGAN IN LATE 2023 WITH A SHARED VISION OF TAKING THE BRAND TO NEW HEIGHTS. AS A LUXURY STREETWEAR BRAND, AURACLES HAD THE CREATIVE EDGE AND BRAND RECOGNITION BUT NEEDED A STRATEGIC PARTNER TO SCALE PROFITABLY WHILE MAINTAINING THEIR BRAND INTEGRITY.

THE JOURNEY WAS NOT WITHOUT ITS CHALLENGES. WHEN WE STARTED, AURACLES WAS MAKING $100K IN MONTHLY REVENUE—A SOLID FOUNDATION BUT FAR FROM THEIR POTENTIAL. THROUGH A COMBINATION OF DATA-DRIVEN STRATEGIES, ADVANCED MARKETING SYSTEMS, AND OPERATIONAL SCALING, WE GREW THAT TO $150K IN THE SECOND MONTH, THEN $250K IN THE THIRD. NOW, AURACLES CONSISTENTLY GENERATES $500K+ IN MONTHLY REVENUE AND IS ON TRACK TO BECOME A LEADING GLOBAL STREETWEAR BRAND.

BKGND CONTEXT.

WHEN WE ONBOARDED AURACLES, THEY WERE ALREADY KNOWN IN THE STREETWEAR SPACE FOR THEIR DISTINCTIVE DESIGNS AND BRAND APPEAL. HOWEVER, THEY FACED KEY CHALLENGES:

  1. LIMITED SCALING EXPERIENCE: THEY HADN’T FULLY LEVERAGED PAID ADS OR CUSTOMER RETENTION SYSTEMS TO MAXIMIZE GROWTH.
  2. FULFILLMENT BOTTLENECKS: AN INCREASE IN DEMAND WAS LEADING TO INVENTORY AND SHIPPING DELAYS.
  3. REVENUE DEPENDENCY: THE BRAND RELIED HEAVILY ON DROPS BUT NEEDED TO INCORPORATE EVERGREEN STRATEGIES TO ENSURE STABILITY.

OUR MISSION WAS TO BUILD A SYSTEMATIC APPROACH TO SCALE THEIR AD CAMPAIGNS, IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER JOURNEY, AND CREATE A STRONG BACKEND INFRASTRUCTURE TO HANDLE EXPLOSIVE GROWTH.
